You should know who pays for a free service. Here it is, plainly.
Free for families, always
You’ll never pay to use the guide, see your results or download an information pack.
Operators pay for introductions
If you choose to be put in touch with a land-lease community or retirement village, that operator pays us a flat fee. The price is published and the same for every operator.
Money never changes your results
Your results come only from your answers. We show every registered option in your area, whether the operator pays us or not.
Flat fees only
We’re never paid more because someone buys or moves in, so we have no reason to push anyone towards a sale.
Our sister company
Our sister company kinHome makes the business software some villages and communities use to run their day-to-day operations. It has no part in this guide: it doesn’t affect your results or who you’re introduced to, and it never sees your answers or details.
